Alas! Spring break! 

With the teacher and the

fifth graders finally gone,

the stuffed animals have the run of the place.

​

Teddi and her animal friends

can race the teachers' chairs!

Raid the cook's pantry!

Or,  cook a Shakespearean potion in the science lab.

 

Gadzooks! O me,

According to the teacher's calendar,

Jerica, Teddi's girl, is going to the hospital.

Is she going to die?
They must go!

 

But,  Teddi's never left the building and

the human world is scary.

What if they don't get back. . . by midnight

and get stuck, out there, in their human forms?
